Minutes of the Extra Ordinary meeting of Osgodby Parish Council, held on Monday 27th March 2023 commencing at 7.30pm.
1. Present Cllr J Trafford (Acting Chair), Cllr K Fox, Cllr A Boyles, Cllr A Wilkinson, Ms S Harvey (clerk)
2. Apologies for Absence - None received
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the 2011 Localism Act and to consider any requests for dispensations. No declarations
4. Financial Matters
i. Financial Report - as presented.
Bank Account balances:

ii. Ratification of payment schedules
S Harvey £4.75 Expenses (ream of paper)
A J Williams grass cutting £264.00
5. Deed of Easement document in respect of access across the Village Green by the owners of Red House.
i. To review the document received. All Councillors confirmed they had received a copy of the full document and had reviewed this for accuracy.
ii. To resolve whether or not accept and sign the document. It was proposed by Cllr Wilkinson and seconded by Cllr Trafford that the document would be signed. All agreed.
iii. To award the Parish Clerk the power to pay the Solicitors the agreed capped fee of £1,250.00 + VAT and disbursements (payable on completion). It was proposed by Cllr Wilkinson and seconded by Cllr Boyles that the Clerk has the powers to pay the invoice on completion. All agreed.
